Jim is a Certified Lean Six Sigma
Black Belt with over 30 years of experience in DOD and Commercial contracting.
In his 30 year career Jim held contributor positions in Design, Manufacturing and Reliability
Engineering; and management positions in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Program Management and Quality Assurance and
Test. His background includes a diverse set of commercial and DOD products as well as extensive experience with the
DOD proposal process.
Jim is a recognized expert in Statistical
Quality Analysis and Critical Defect Modeling, Analysis and Control.
Jim has extensive experience executing service and production contracts and working with customer technical and management
personnel to assure that customer requirements were met and exceeded. Jim's experience includes assessing and managing
supply chain programs and quality as well as supplier product acceptance and test in the United States, West and East Europe,
Asia and the Middle East.
